Easily prepared, crunchy, sun dried amlas, have the key elements to keep the body healthy.
- Thoroughly wash the amla. Wipe and grate them or cut them to small pieces. Discard the stones.
- In a flat plate, mix amla with turmeric powder and salt.
- Spread them. Cover with a thin cloth. Keep them to sun-dry for 7-8 days till crisp. Fill in an air tight jar.
