Bhindi Ki Sabzi
Versatile ladies' fingers are a favourite vegetable that should be cooked with care.
    Preparation Method
  1. Wash and wipe each lady's finger with a cloth.
  2. Trim the ends. Slice evenly lengthwise or into rounds.
  3. On a low flame, heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, vegetable, turmeric powder and salt. Mix gently.
  4. Occasionally toss the vegetable. Cook till tender. Add other spices. Toss and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Switch off the gas. Serve hot.

  3. 1 1/4 teaspoons dhana jeera powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. pinch of asafoetida
  6. 3 tablespoons oil
  7. salt to taste
