Little difficult to make but worth the effort....a tasty healthy recipe.
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the banana leaves) and form a batter like the one made for dosa.
  2. Grease banana leaves with oil.
  3. Spread the batter over one leaf and cover it with another leaf.
  4. Roast on a pre-heated griddle (tawa) for 2-3 minutes.
    Additional Note
  • Serve with coriander green chutney and masala green chilli.

~ INGREDIENTS ~
    For the Batter
  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1/2 cup sour curd
  3. 1 tsp chilli paste (green chillies mixed in a grinder)
  4. 1/2 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp oil
  6. 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  8. water as required
  9. salt to taste
  10. For Spreading
  11. banana leaves
