Easy to make crispy capsicum rings
    Preparation Method
  1. Cut the capsicum into rings.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the batter and whisk it well to a coating consistency.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip each ring in the batter and fry till crisp and golden brown in colour.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala on the crispy capsicum rings. Serve hot.
  6. Best served with salsa sauce. You can also serve it with tomato ketchup.
    Additional Note
  • Oil should be very hot for deep frying.

    The more I go through your blog the more I am cicnovned we have the exact same taste buds! So you think chicken feet isn't for you? I will pass when there's some on offer.Your pictures are beautiful as well, just so you know they are being appreciated cause I know we all take pride in those clicks!Tomorrow's supper is in my head!

  2. For the Batter
  3. 1 cup maida (homemade)
  4. 2 tbsp corn flour
  5. 2 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
  6. 2 tbsp rawa (semolina)
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli paste
  8. 1 tsp lemon
  9. 1 tsp baking powder
  10. salt to taste
  11. water as required
  12. Other Ingredients
  13. oil for deep frying
  14. chaat masala (for sprinkling)
