Red Chilli Chutney
Spicy red chilli chutney best accompanied with khakaras
    Preparation Method
  1. Grind whole dhana, whole jeera, asafoeitda, jaggery, pudina & tamarind. Take the mixture in a bowl.
  2. Then again grind the 3 red chillies separately (the grinded red chillies should not be too tiny)
  3. Combine both the pastes and whisk the mixture well .
  4. Add red chilli powder, lemon & salt to taste.

    Pls mention the right details in preparation process . Whether to cook or just grind it dry only ?

  1. 3 red chillies

  4. 1/2 tablespoon asafoetida
  5. 1/2 tablespoon jaggery (optional)
  6. 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 lemon
  8. 1 bunch of pudina
  9. 2 small pieces of tamarind
  10. salt to taste
