Mango (Aam) Chutney
Fresh raw mango chutney is light, tangy and refreshing to taste
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. In a mixer, grind all ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Add extra water if required. Keep in a bowl.
  4. Serve when needed.
    Additional Note
  • This Mango Chutney can be consumed only on the day it is made.

  1. 1 cup raw mangoes (grated)
  2. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder (optional)
  4. pinch of turmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (lightly roasted)
  6. 3 tablespoons jaggery (finely cut)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  8. salt to taste
