Paneer Kheer
A filling paneer sweet dish.
    Preparation Method
  1. Make corn flour paste by adding the corn flour in little milk. Mix well without forming any lumps.
  2. Add the saffron strands to the remaining milk and boil. Add the corn flour paste to it and stir well until the milk thickens. Now add sugar to it.
  3. After the sugar completely dissolves, add paneer to the milk and mix properly. Let it boil for sometime. Switch off the flame.
  4. Garnish with cardamom powder, pistachios, cashews and almonds.
  5. Serve either hot or after some time (at room temperature).

  3. 1 tablespoon cashewnuts
  4. 1 tablespoon almonds
  5. 1 tablespoon pistachios
  6. 4 teaspoons corn flour
  7. few saffron strings
  8. pinch of cardamom powder
  9. sugar to taste
