    Why do you say in ingredients dahi boiled 100 degrees C? Why would you boil dahi for raita? Kindly clarify pls?

  2. 2 cups mint leaves (chopped)
  3. 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  4. 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (roasted)
  5. 2 tablespoons meethi chutney (optional)
  6. 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  7. 1 cup coriander (chopped)
  8. salt to taste
