Pudina (Mint) Chutney
Mint leaves with its aroma and mellow taste enhance the taste of snacks or vegetables.
    Preparation Method
  1. Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste in a mixer or on a mortar-pestle. Add extra water if required.
  2. Keep in a bowl. Serve when needed.
    Additional Note
  • Optional:
    Sugar can be added to taste.

  3. 3/4 green chillies (cut)
  4. 2 teaspoons fresh coconut (grated)
  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  6. 2 teaspoons water
  7. salt to taste
