Nuritious soup made of vegetables and lentils.
- Pressure cook the vegetables along with the green gram and 1 cup water for upto 1 whistle. Churn using a blender, strain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the ghee. Pour the soup mixture into it along with 1 cup warm water and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and astir for a few minute. Serve hot.
