Tangy & refreshing Mosambi juice is a rich source of Vitamin C.
- Properly peel the skin of sweet lime. Cut the sweet lime into pieces. Remove the seeds from the fruit.
- Put the mosambi pieces in a mixer, add sugar, little water and then grind it.
- After grinding, filter the juice to separate out the soggy mass (which is not edible to eat).
- Pour into a glass and serve.
- If you use a juicer grinder, do not add water.
