Baby Corn Crispy
Exotic snack made of baby corns.
    Preparation Method
  1. Cut the baby corn into pieces. In a pan take some water along with little salt and boil the baby corns until soft.
  2. In a bowl, add rice flour, corn flour, bengal gram flour, baking powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, garam masala and salt. Add little water to form a coating consistency and then whisk it well. Now put the baby corn pieces and marinate it for 15-20 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Put the baby corn pieces and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil (for dee frying)
  11. water as required
