Pakke Kele Ki Sabzi
Ripe bananas make a popular, sweet and sour vegetable. This recipe is very easy and quick to prepare.
    Preparation Method
  1. Peel bananas and cut them into thick rounds.
  2. On a low flame, heat oil in a pan for tempering.
  3. Add mustard and cumin seeds. As the seeds crackle, add asafoetida, bananas and dry spices. Mix gently.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes. As oil separates, switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot. Cook close to serving time.

  2. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dhana-jeera powder
  4. pinch of turmeric powder
  5. pinch of asafoetida (for tempering)
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (for tempering)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
  8. 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  9. 2 teaspoons oil
  10. salt to taste
