Homemade Bread
    Preparation Method
  1. Sieve the wheat flour with maida siever.
  2. Add curd,malai,salt,sugar.
  3. Mix it well and bit it with whisk or boss mixy.
  4. Prepare a dough not flowy.
  5. Add milk if required
  6. Then in the end add eno soda mix it well
  7. Grease the rectangle bread tin well and also grease its lid well.
  8. Put the batter in it.
  9. Then keep dat tin in big round aluminium (jadi baati) cooker.
  10. Keep it till 30 min on medium flame

    Instead of curd you can use milk
