Chilli Sauce
Hot Spicy Chilli Sauce
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients along with 3/4 cup of water and cook them till they are soft and overdone.
  2. Switch off the flame and cool the mixture. Blend the mixture with a blender to form a smooth purée.
  3. Keep aside for cooling. Serve as required.

  1. 1 cup bottle gourd/doodhi/lauki (peeled and cubed pieces)
  2. 3/4 cup whole broken dry red chillies
  3. 1/2 cup red capsicum (chopped)
  4. 1/2 lemon
  5. salt to taste
