Meethi Puri
Melt in the mouth, these rich biscuit like puris are crunchy and sweet to taste.
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix all ingredients. Knead to a firm, smooth dough.
  2. Divide into 15 equal portions. Knead and shape them to smooth balls. Roll out small rounds (puris). Prick them all over.
  3. On medium flame, heat ghee in a frying pan. Deep-fry few puris at a time till golden brown in colour. Drain, cool and store in an airtight container.
