Ajwain helps in digestion and avoids flatulence.
    Preparation Method
  1. Clean and sieve the seeds.
  2. In a plate, mix them with lime juice and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. On a low flame, in a pan, roast them till crisp. Stir continuously. Cool and fill in an air tight jar.
