Bhaji Masala Powder
    Preparation Method
  1. In a pan, dry roast all the ingredients (except for dry mango powder) till it they golden brown on a low medium flame.
  2. Roast for a few minutes (till some nice aroma is released). Then add the dry mango powder and roast for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  3. Once the mixture cools down compltely, grind it to a fine powder in a mixer.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
    Additional Note
  • This Bhaji Masala is a homemade version of the outside pav bhaji masala. We are not sure of the ingredients being used in the outside pav bhaji masala.

  1. 1/4 cup coriander seeds
  2. 1/8 cup cumin seeds
  3. 1/8 cup whole black pepper
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds (saunf)
  5. 10 whole red dry chillies
  6. 10 cinnamons (1/2 inch pieces)
  7. 5 black cardamons
  8. 2 tablespoon dry mango powder (amchoor)
