Bajre (Ragi) ke Ladoo
An economical and high protein sweet is a good source of energy on religious days, when uncooked cold meals are a treat.
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix jaggery and ghee together. Gradually add the flour. Knead to a soft, smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough to make 9 round balls. Gently press the centres. Store in a cool dry place.

    is there no need to cook bajara flour? either steam or bake?
