Cucumber Raita
Cucumbers and curds give a cooling effect to the body's digestive system.
    Preparation Method
  1. Peel and grate the cucumber. Add little salt to it. Gently squeeze out the water. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add cucumber, chilies, mustard powder and salt to beaten curds.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  2. 3 medium sized cucumbers
  3. 1 teaspoon split mustard seeds (coarse)
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
  5. 1 big green chilli (finely cut)
  6. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (finely cut)
  7. salt to taste
