Salsa Sauce
    Preparation Method
  1. Cut tomatoes into two halves and put them in boiling water. Then remove the peel of the tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai. Saute capsicum and green chilli in the oil.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in very small pieces and add to the oil.
  4. Add red chilli flakes, oregano, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and jeera powder and cook on the gas for 5 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves to it.

  1. 6 tomatoes
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  4. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder (jeera)
  6. 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. sugar and salt to taste
