- Cut tomatoes into two halves and put them in boiling water. Then remove the peel of the tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Saute capsicum and green chilli in the oil.
- Cut the tomatoes in very small pieces and add to the oil.
- Add red chilli flakes, oregano, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and jeera powder and cook on the gas for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves to it.
