Methi Bhaji ke Bhajiye
Pakoras or bhajias when deep-fried carefully and attentively give an irresistible result.
    Preparation Method
  1. Clean, wash and soak fenugreek leaves in salt water for some time. Rewash, drain, squeeze and finely cut them.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Prepare a smooth, thick batter of dropping consistency. Mix well.
  3. Serve hot with coriander or meethi chutney.

~ INGREDIENTS ~
  1. 2 cups fenugreek leaves (finely cut)
  2. 1 cup bengal gram flour
  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour (coarse)
  4. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds (coarse)
  5. pinch of soda-bi-carbonate
  6. 2 green chillies (finely cut)
  7. 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. 2 tablespoons sugar or
  9. 1 banana (ripe-mashed)
  10. 2 tablespoons oil (warm)
  11. salt to taste
  12. oil to deep-fry
